Unfortunately, sometimes we will have to deal with losing a member, for a variety of reasons. Here are our guidelines around guild removal:

For Raiders/Members:
1) Removed after 6 months of inactivity unless accounted for by a RL friend or notification in advance (Raiders are demoted to Member after 1 month)
2) Removed if there are persistent and justified complaints about behavior and no effort to resolve these complaints

For Recruits:
1) Removed after 2 weeks of inactivity unless accounted for by a guild member in good standing
2) Removed if there are ANY justified complaints about behavior

Anyone who is hacked will be removed from the guild (if the hacker hasn't removed already) and will not be re-instated until the character and any guild bank items taken are restored AND they obtain an authenticator.

Every case is treated individually, and the officers will have a discussion as well as approach the member directly for resolution before any decision on removal/reinstatement is made.
